how to use
step 1
after washing your hair with B.O.B´s shampoo bar, split your hair in smaller pieces and apply the damp hair mask bar.
step 2
use the palm of your hands as support and make circular movements with the bar on your hair.
step 3
after that you just need to wait 3 minutes, rinse it off and apply your B.O.B conditioner bar.
step 1
on the night before or a couple of hours before washing your hair, apply the damp hair mask bar directly to your dry strands.
step 2
wait for as long as you would like to. let it work its magic.
step 3
now you just wash your hair normally.
step 1
before the shower, cut a little piece of the hair mask and place it in a recipient with warm water for a couple of minutes.
step 2
press the mask with your fingers until it becomes a cream inside the recipient.
step 3
now you just need to apply it to your hair pre-poo or traditional way.

I really like the curl-defining hair mask. It leaves my curls very soft, locking in moisture. I prefer to shave off a little of the bar and soak it in a little water a couple of hours ahead of time, making it very easy to apply it thoroughly through my hair. I use it about twice a week.

I love this mask. No gloopy mess, just use it on clean, damp hair. I sometimes just use a little bit a leave it in for a really natural but defined look. Or I really coat my hair and rinse off after a few minutes. I love B.O.B. Ive tried a lot of bar conditioners, shampoos, and skincare, and these are by far the best I've used.

I use this product in two ways 1) As it is meant, as a nice hydrating mask for my curls before conditioning. 2) If it's very humid, I swipe it on wet hands and apply it to my freshly conditioned hair before applying styling products. I get all the compliments on my curls!

Didn’t work for me
Normally a hair mask makes my hair feel soft and hydrated in a way that I don’t get with just shampoo and conditioner. I followed the package instructions, and styled my hair as usual, but my hair feels brittle and dry. Not the result I was looking for.

hi there! how are you? thanks for sharing your experience with me. I'm sorry for what happened. how have you been using your Curl Defining Hair Mask? I normally suggest three ways to use it: 1. right after shampooing your hair, with a 3-minute pause; 2. in the pre-poo method, before showering; 3. transforming the bar into a cream by soaking it in warm water for a few minutes and then applying it on your hair. if you haven't tried one of these methods, let me know if it works for you when you do.
